Post-Run Report: May 19, 2017

Today was an easy day. I started with 80 push ups and went into a slow and easy pace. I wasn’t out for speed today; I just wanted to run for 30 solid minutes. I did it with a slow pace of 9:20/mile. That surprised me a bit, as it was really not a fast run at all, and j wasn’t breathing heavily.

I will take the weekend off and hit it hard on Monday.

Former active duty Marine who went from 170 lbs to 312 lbs and decided that he had to change his life or die.
